Order Cancellation Policy

Orders that are pre-paid by credit card and subsequently cancelled by the client are subject to a return processing fee. This fee covers non-refundable transaction charges incurred during payment processing.

The return fee will be deducted from the total refund amount issued. By placing an order through our online store, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

Return and Refund Policy

15% Restocking Fee Applies. Any eligible item returned within 30 days must be in its original condition and packaging and be accompanied by an original receipt, and a credit/debit slip if applicable.

Custom / Special Order Items (Including Parts)
Funded Equipment (ADP, DVA, ODSP, Green Shield, etc.)
Items that come in contact with the skin. This includes, but is not limited to, lift chairs, seating and positioning products, including wheelchair cushions and back supports, TENS units, patient lifts, blood pressure units, bathroom safety items, pillows, bedding and mattresses, bracing, and continence care products.

No Exceptions. Installation of items available only for items purchased directly from Comfort Mobility Inc.
